Necessary features do not need Google Analytics. FileNest uses Google Consent Mode: analytics cookies stay disabled before consent and after Reject, while the Google tag may send limited cookieless measurement signals. Full anonymous site analytics starts only after Accept. We do not send file names, file contents, typed text, email or payment details to GA4.
Start with real work, not an invented enterprise story.
FileNest currently fits individual, freelance and everyday office batch-file tasks. This page combines existing tools into usable workflows without presenting team seats, shared workspaces, public APIs, automation integrations or unlimited processing as current features.
Office file cleanup
Turn mixed attachments, scans, report assets and data files into a cleaner delivery batch. Rename and order first, then merge or split PDFs, convert CSV/TSV/JSON, detect duplicates or export entered text to common document formats as needed.
Useful when a batch needs consistent names, display order, dimensions, formats and file size. FileNest currently supports JPG/PNG/WebP conversion, resizing, compression, enhancement and custom-order renaming, but does not claim marketplace APIs, automatic listing uploads or platform-specific presets.
When the task does not require a remote server, FileNest prioritizes browser-local processing. Rename, common image work, PDF and data conversion, duplicate detection and text-to-document export primarily stay on-device. OCR clearly separates Local Privacy from transient High Accuracy cloud processing.
Check processing location first
Local tools do not send work files to a FileNest conversion server
High Accuracy OCR requires explicit transient-cloud confirmation
Use Local Privacy OCR for images you do not want to leave the device
No padding the page with features that do not exist.
FileNest currently has no team accounts, enterprise admin console, public API, third-party cloud-drive integrations, PDF-to-Word/Excel/PowerPoint, unlimited background queue or unlimited-conversion plan. These pages change only after a capability actually ships.
