Necessary features do not need Google Analytics. FileNest uses Google Consent Mode: analytics cookies stay disabled before consent and after Reject, while the Google tag may send limited cookieless measurement signals. Full anonymous site analytics starts only after Accept. We do not send file names, file contents, typed text, email or payment details to GA4.
This is not an internal development log. Experiments, OCR research candidates, failed prototypes and planned capabilities are not presented here before they ship.

Trust, policy and pre-purchase information expanded
Added About FileNest, Supported Formats & Limits, Legal & Privacy Center, Cookies & Analytics, and Service Providers & Data Flow, then linked them from the footer and bilingual sitemap. The pages describe only current verifiable behavior and avoid unverified certifications, data-residency claims or enterprise features.
Separated refund eligibility, the 30-day request window and cancellation rules, while adding a support hub for account, billing, refund, tool, OCR and privacy questions.
Analytics consent aligned with the privacy disclosure
Google Consent Mode now starts with analytics storage denied. FileNest custom tool events remain gated behind explicit consent, and the Privacy page explains what measurement can still occur before consent.
Aligned the primary site identity, structured data and icon signals so search engines have clearer FileNest branding without changing tool capabilities or product claims.
Moved the real workspace higher on tool pages while keeping processing-location and limit notices visible, reducing the amount of secondary content users must cross before starting work.
