FileNest does not force one-off users into a subscription. Free covers light work; the one-time $2.99 24H Pass unlocks 50 standard-processing units for image, PDF and data tools; Pro adds ongoing higher quotas, advanced rules, templates and history. OCR and text-to-document are not included in the 24H Pass.

Monthly and annual Pro include the same access; only billing cadence differs. Quarterly billing is retired for new sales, while existing quarterly subscriptions remain unaffected.
See what you unlock first, then choose how often to pay.
Annual quotas still reset every 30 days; they are not issued all at once. Batch caps advance independently after real stress testing rather than using one misleading number for every tool.

After server confirmation you get 24 hours and 50 standard-processing units, currently for image convert/resize/compress/enhance, PDF and data conversion using each tool's verified batch capacity. OCR, text-to-document, saved templates, CSV mapping, regex and other Pro-only features are not included.
Access activates only after payment confirmationBoth Pro and the 24H Pass are confirmed by the FileNest server and Stripe webhook. Opening a success return page alone never grants membership or a pass.
Current image, PDF, data and OCR tools show the credit cost and active batch cap before starting. High Accuracy OCR clearly discloses transient cloud processing and its 5-image batch cap; Local Privacy OCR keeps source images on-device. PDF-to-Office is still not offered.
Free includes 5 standard-conversion units per rolling 24 hours. The 24H Pass has 50 separate standard-processing units for image, PDF and data tools and expires after 24 hours; OCR and text-to-document continue using their existing Free/Pro quotas. Pro resets 300 standard-conversion units every 30 days. The current Pro file cap is 50 MB. Image conversion, resize, compression and enhancement currently support up to 50 files per batch; general file tools use a 20-file Pro cap; High Accuracy cloud OCR is capped at 5 images per batch. Limits increase only after real capacity, failure-rate and device stress tests pass.
