Service providers & data flow

Know who processes what, and when.

This page uses the neutral term service providers. FileNest does not necessarily have the same legal data role in every context, so it does not force every third party into one legal label. The purpose here is to disclose the actual technical dependencies and data boundaries.

What this page does not pretend to know

No invented regions, certifications or retention periods.

If FileNest has not verified a data-residency region, certification scope, fixed deletion period or DPA term against its current configuration and provider contract, this page will not guess. Those details must follow the provider's current documentation and FileNest's actual configuration.
